Originally from the northwest suburbs of Illinois, Shell moved to Des Moines ten years ago and has proudly called it home ever since. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2009 and brings a diverse professional background to her role, including five years as a high school math teacher, five years as a home mortgage consultant, and three years as an executive legal assistant.
Outside of work, Shell enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog, Lou Lou. She loves soaking up the sun, working on puzzles, and unwinding with her favorite reality TV shows.
