Mariana serves as the firms Director of Operations at Sissel Law, PLLC, where she oversees the firm’s daily operations, technology systems, financial administration, and internal processes. She plays a central role in ensuring the firm operates efficiently and delivers a seamless, client-centered experience.
 

With five years of administrative experience, Mariana brings a strong background in operations management, workflow optimization, and organizational strategy. She manages vendor relationships, oversees software and contract administration, coordinates financial tracking and reporting, and implements systems that support both compliance and long-term growth.
 

Mariana earned her Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Her academic background provides a strong foundation in strategic planning and organizational management, which she applies to continually improving firm infrastructure and efficiency.
